CurrySimple Green Shrimp Curry
Heat the Gourmet Green Curry sauce in a pan
Cook 8 oz per serving of shrimp and add to Green Curry sauce
Add chopped green and red bell peppers, zucchini and chinese cabbage
Bring the sauce up to desired temperature and give the vegetables enough time to get a little soft
Serve with white or brown rice
CurrySimple Bamboo Salmon Curry
- Cook salmon filet to desired temperature (do not add to Curry sauce)
- Heat the Gourmet Green Curry in a sauce pan
- Add sauteed bamboo shoots, onions, red peppers and a few basil leaves
- Make sure Curry sauce is heated up and add the sauteed vegetables
- Serve the sauce over the salmon on a plate with white or brown rice
CurrySimple Green Green Mahi Mahi Curry
- Cook Mahi Mahi to desired temperature
- Heat the Gourmet Green Curry in a sauce pan
- Add sauteed eggplant, bamboo shoots, sweet peas, red and green bell peppers and a few basil leaves

- Heat Gourmet Green Curry in a sauce pan
- Cook jumbo scallops and add to sauce when cooked
- Add sauteed asparagus, green peppers and green peas
- Serve with brown or white rice

- Fry one whole de-boned Red Snapper
- Heat Gourmet Green Curry in a sauce pan
- Add sauteed green/red peppers, green beans and asparagus
- Pour heated Green Curry over fried Red Snapper
- Serve with brown or white rice
