CurrySimple Green Shrimp Curry

  • Heat the Gourmet Green Curry sauce in a pan
  • Cook 8 oz per serving of shrimp and add to Green Curry sauce
  • Add chopped green and red bell peppers, zucchini and chinese cabbage
  • Bring the sauce up to desired temperature and give the vegetables enough time to get a little soft
  • Serve with white or brown rice

CurrySimple Bamboo Salmon Curry

  • Cook salmon filet to desired temperature (do not add to Curry sauce)
  • Heat the Gourmet Green Curry in a sauce pan
  • Add sauteed bamboo shoots, onions, red peppers and a few basil leaves
  • Make sure Curry sauce is heated up and add the sauteed vegetables
  • Serve the sauce over the salmon on a plate with white or brown rice

CurrySimple Green Green Mahi Mahi Curry

  • Cook Mahi Mahi to desired temperature
  • Heat the Gourmet Green Curry in a sauce pan
  • Add sauteed eggplant, bamboo shoots, sweet peas, red and green bell peppers and a few basil leaves
  • Serve heated Green Curry sauce and vegetables over cooked Mahi Mahi
  • Serve with brown or white rice

  • Heat Gourmet Green Curry in a sauce pan
  • Cook jumbo scallops and add to sauce when cooked
  • Add sauteed asparagus, green peppers and green peas
  • Serve with brown or white rice

CurrySimple Green Curry Snapper

  • Fry one whole de-boned Red Snapper
  • Heat Gourmet Green Curry in a sauce pan
  • Add sauteed green/red peppers, green beans and asparagus
  • Pour heated Green Curry over fried Red Snapper
  • Serve with brown or white rice
