CurrySimple Red Curry Duck Roast
- Add Roasted Duck and Gourmet Red Curry sauce into a pan
- Heat up for about 5 minutes
- Put in container and let sit overnight in refrigerator to soak the flavor into the duck
- Next day - Slowly heat up and add a few Basil leafs, pineapple and chopped fresh tomato
- Serve with White or Brown rice
CurrySimple Red Chicken Panang Curry
- Heat the Gourmet Red Curry sauce in a pan with a spoon full of smooth peanut butter
- Add Chopped pieces of cooked Chicken Breast to sauce
- Lightly Sautee Red and Green peppers and add to sauce
- Serve with White or Brown Rice
CurrySimple Red Salmon Mango Curry
- Cook Salmon Filet to desired temperature (do not add in sauce pan)
- Heat Gourmet Red Curry in a sauce pan
- Add sauteed scallions, tomato, red/green peppers, onions (into sauce when heating up)
- Top Salmon with the Gourmet Red Curry/Vegetables and serve Salmon filet on a plate with chopped fresh mango
- Perfect with White or Brown Rice

- Steam Shrimp, Mussels, squid and scallops (add Lobster if available)
- Heat Gourmet Red Curry in a sauce pan and add cooked seafood
- Serve in a bowl with Rice noodles
- Top with scallions and sprouts
CurrySimple Chicken and Shrimp Red Curry
- Heat Gourmet Red Curry in a sauce pan
- Cook chopped chicken breast and shrimp (add to Curry when cooked)Add sauteed Green/Red peppers, mushrooms and crispy green beans
